Grilled Tilapia & Shrimp Plate
One grilled tilapia filet and four juicy grilled shrimp served over a bed of Mexican rice mixed with sautéed fajita veggies. Finished with fresh avocado slices on the side. Light, flavorful, and straight from the grill.
Single Chicken Quesadilla
A warm, grilled flour tortilla folded with melted cheese and tender grilled chicken, topped with fresh onions, cilantro, and creamy avocado. Simple, classic, and full of flavor.
Shrimp Cocktail (Cóctel de Camarón)
Chilled shrimp served in our house-made tomato-based cocktail sauce, mixed with diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapeños, and fresh avocado slices. Served with lime and crackers on the side.
Chorizo & Eggs Breakfast Plate
Savory Mexican chorizo scrambled with fluffy eggs, served with Mexican rice, refried beans, fresh avocado slices, sliced queso fresco, and warm tortillas.
Bistec a la Mexicana
Tender beef sautéed with fresh tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños for that bold, homemade Mexican flavor. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, and warm tortillas. A spicy, comforting classic—just like we make it at Dos Hermanos.
Chicken Fajita by the Pound
Grilled marinated chicken breast, sliced and served by the pound—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Perfect for tacos, plates, or stuffing into gorditas. A lean and tasty classic from the Dos Hermanos grill.
Torta Cubana
Our Torta Cubana is a hearty, flavor-packed sandwich made with crispy beef milanesa, grilled ham, sliced sausage link, creamy avocado, mayo, and a generous sprinkle of queso fresco—all layered on a toasted telera roll.
Loaded Waffle Fries
Crispy waffle fries piled high with your choice of meat, fresh pico de gallo, creamy sour cream, crumbled cotija cheese, and our signature Dos Hermanos sauce. Bold, cheesy, and loaded with flavor in every bite.
Seafood Soup (Caldo de Mariscos)

Thin-cut beef seasoned with bold Mexican spices and grilled just right, served by the pound. Tender, savory, and full of flavor—perfect for tacos, plates, or to load up your gorditas.
Carnitas Plate
Tender, slow-cooked pork carnitas served with Mexican rice, refried beans, fresh lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and slices of creamy avocado. Comes with warm tortillas—hearty, flavorful, and straight from the kitchen at Dos Hermanos.
Chicharrón en Salsa Verde
Tender pork skin simmered in our green tomatillo salsa, served by the pound—rich, saucy, and full of flavor. Perfect to enjoy on its own or added to tacos, gorditas, or plates.
Lengua by the Pound
Tender beef tongue, slow-cooked and seasoned to perfection, served by the pound. Rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture and full of flavor—perfect for tacos, plates, gorditas, or just on its own. A true staple at Dos Hermanos.
Barbacoa by the Pound
Tender, juicy barbacoa served on a plate—slow-cooked for hours to bring out rich, authentic flavor. Perfect for tacos, burritos, or to enjoy with rice and beans. Sold by the pound so you can take home as much as you need.
Agua Fresca de Horchata
Cool, creamy, and cinnamon-kissed—our Horchata is made fresh in-house and served icy cold in a cup. It’s one of our fan favorites at Dos Hermanos. We also offer other refreshing aguas frescas like Cucumber Lime, Pineapple, and Melon. Perfect with any meal or just to chill.
Weekend Tamales – Pork, Chicken, or Jalapeño & Cheese
Our handmade tamales are wrapped in tradition and packed with flavor. Choose from savory pork, tender chicken, or spicy jalapeño with melty cheese. Sold by the dozen or individually—available only on weekends, while they last!
