The Quesadilla Tray includes the options of carne asada , chicken, pastor, or barbacoa. Served with onions, cilantro, sour cream, green salsa, red salsa , guacamole and two sides. It's a flavorful choice for catering events.  

 The Chicken Flautas tray features crispy, rolled tortillas filled with seasoned chicken. It comes with sides of creamy guacamole, tangy Mexican crema, crumbled cotija cheese, crisp lettuce and fresh tomatoes. We serve Pinto Beans prepared three different ways. You can choose our smooth and creamy refried beans, classic whole pinto beans served in their broth, or our flavorful charro beans +25$ , cooked with bacon, chorizo, and spices for a rich, hearty taste.
